Services

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized treatment targeting muscles as the base of the pelvis that supports bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs. The pelvis is attached to the low back, hips, and the abdominal wall muscles. I provide a comprehensive, head to toe evaluation to address your needs and concerns, and develop an action plan to meet your goals. What is unique in my approach is that I also integrate acupuncture to create lasting relief!

I am one of the few providers in the Bay Area that treats both men and women pelvic health issues. Many other “pelvic health” providers either do not treat men, or do not do internal muscle examinations.

“I had a fantastic experience working with Patty over half a dozen sessions to address my persistent hip pain. She is an excellent listener and was genuinely committed to diagnosing the root cause of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. Her in-session manipulations provided significant relief, and she equipped me with a set of effective exercises that have been crucial to my recovery. Thanks to her knowledgeable and thorough approach, I am feeling so much better. Highly recommend!” ~Google Review by O.C.
